Team Headshot Session

Your team is the face of your brand. Investing in consistent, high-quality headshots not only reinforces your company’s identity but also highlights the people behind your success. A polished and unified visual presence builds trust with clients and helps you stand out to top-tier talent.

For teams of 5+ members, I offer on-site sessions, where I bring my studio directly to your office. This setup mirrors the experience and results of a full studio shoot, with the added benefit of convenience for your team. For smaller teams, sessions can be held at our studio, though on-location shoots are available regardless of group size.

The entire process is built to be smooth and hassle-free, and you can expect a response to any inquiry within one business day.

What to Expect from an On-Site Team Headshot Session

Space & Setup
To ensure a smooth and comfortable experience, I would recommend that you choose a quiet space with minimal foot traffic. A calm environment helps your team feel at ease, which leads to more natural expressions and a more efficient flow. I’ll need an open area approximately 12' x 12' to set up my portable studio, which includes lighting, backdrop, camera, and a tethered computer. Setup usually takes 30 to 45 minutes, and the results match what you'd expect from a full studio shoot.

Posing & Coaching
Everyone gets guided one-on-one coaching to help them feel confident in front of the camera. My goal is to capture natural, professional expressions that align with your company’s tone and brand.

Time Alotment & Image Selection
On average, each person takes about 5–15 minutes from start to finish. Each person will also select their favorite headshot after their session. This keeps the process efficient and ensures every team member is happy with their final image.

Editing & Delivery
After selections are made, I’ll retouch the chosen images for consistency and polish. Optional detailed retouching is available by request. Final images are delivered electronically in both high-resolution and web-optimized formats within two weeks.

New Hire Sessions
If you're continuing to grow your team, new hires can be photographed at my studio at a later date. Their headshots will match the same look, lighting, and backdrop as the rest of your team, keeping your brand visuals consistent across the board.
